About the Riders

The American Legion Riders of Post 102 in Anoka are a dedicated group of veteran motorcyclists united by the values of service, honor, and brotherhood. Since our founding, we’ve been committed to supporting our fellow veterans and strengthening the bonds of our community.

Every ride is an opportunity to make a difference. We fundraise for veteran causes, organize community events, and provide support to those who have sacrificed for our country. When you join the Riders, you become part of a family devoted to serving with purpose and pride.

What We Do

Support Veterans

We fundraise year-round for veterans programs — from housing assistance to medical support. Every dollar raised stays close to home.

Honor the Fallen

We organize memorial rides and ceremonies to honor those who gave everything. Riding together is how we remember.

Serve the Community

Charity rides, community escorts, and local fundraisers. We show up — rain or shine — because that’s what Legion Family does.

Ride with Purpose

Every fundraiser and every dollar goes back to veterans, their families, and our community. Everything we do is right here.

Become a Rider

Come join us at a meeting — no commitment, no pressure. Meet the group, hear what we have coming up, and ask us anything. Everyone here started the same way.

  1. Stop by a meeting and say hello
  2. Hold a current membership in the Legion, Auxiliary or Sons
  3. Pick up a sign-up form
  4. Bring a street-legal bike, 500cc or larger, insured and endorsed

📅 Meetings are held the last Wednesday of every month at 6:00 PM.

Legion Family membership is a requirement for every Rider — but not a barrier. Not a member yet? Not a problem: we will walk you through joining right alongside your Riders form.
